Shipping Policy

All our products are printed and produced on demand at fulfilment hubs strategically located around the world. By producing closer to you, we reduce unnecessary long-haul shipping, lower our carbon footprint, and get your order to your door faster.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. The estimates below reflect the benefits of our distributed production model:

United States — 3 to 5 business days
United Kingdom & EU — 3 to 6 business days
Canada — 4 to 7 business days
Australia & New Zealand — 4 to 7 business days
Rest of World (Cross-Border) — 7 to 14+ business days

Import Duties: If an item is routed from an international facility, the recipient is the importer of record and may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or clearance fees levied by SARS (South African Revenue Service) or your local Revenue service. Claire Sadie's Art Print Store is not responsible for these charges.

Please note that orders shipped cross-border may take longer, as they are fulfilled from the nearest available hub and may be subject to customs processing.

Attention to detail

I am so thrilled with my pieces from Claire! She has done two animals for me and somehow she manages to capture their absolute essence on a page. Both are very special to me and the polar bear is commented on by everyone who sees it.
Claire has also done a large scale seascape - I can’t wait for it to arrive! From her pictorial updates, I’ve felt a part of the process all the way through. I’m so impressed by her colour detail in the sea and in the dark clouds above. It will have pride of place in my home! Thank you, Claire!

Baby Hippo

Absolutely in love with this baby hippo art piece! The realism and incredible attention to detail make it feel almost alive. Every little feature has been captured so beautifully, bringing so much warmth and personality into the space. It instantly cheers up the room every time I see it. Such a special piece.

Just brilliant, start to finish.
